Please make note of your PIN in preparation for the system switch over.

The 4-digital PIN number appears on your monthly bill right under your Summary of Charges.

You will receive notification when the new portal is open for registration. Once the new bill pay portal goes live, you will be unable to pay your bill in the old system.

Also, please note:

Effective immediately, all automatic monthly payment drafts will now be processed on the due date printed on this statement.

Should the date listed fall on a Saturday, Sunday or a Banking Holiday, the draft will be processed the following business day.

How To Find Your Statement Online

Step 1
Login to your account using your current login & password.
Step 2
From the homepage, select STATEMENTS located at in the top right menu bar. This will bring you to the bill statements page.
Step 3
On the bill statements page, press the CONTINUE button. This will bring you to the current bill page.
Step 4
Select PDF Bill located in the current bill section of the page
